TERMS & CONDITIONS
Membership
Barberia Club membership is free and available to eligible customers who complete the registration process. Membership is linked to the member's registered WhatsApp number. Each member may only maintain one Barberia Club account.
Earning Points
Members earn 1 Barberia Club Point for every IDR 1,000 spent on eligible transactions. Points are awarded based on the eligible transaction amount recorded by Barberia. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another member.
Points Validity
Barberia Club Points are valid until December 31 of each calendar year. Unused points will expire/reset after the stated validity period.
Rewards & Redemption
Members may redeem available rewards once they have accumulated the required number of points. Each reward is subject to its respective terms, conditions, validity period, and redemption requirements. Redeeming a reward will automatically deduct the corresponding points from the member's account. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
General
Barberia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Barberia Club benefit, reward, or program mechanic at its discretion. Barberia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. In the event of any dispute, Barberia's decision shall be final.
